Banquets

Pica’s Restaurant is currently only confirming Luncheons after funerals. Pica’s is not accepting and confirming banquets at this time as we are tending to the planning of our second location in West Goshen, PA. We will update you should there be any changes in regards to Banquets. Thank you for your many years of dedication and patronage.

Pica’s Restaurant has a Tuscan decor Banquet Facility that can hold up to 200 people. The banquet area can be divided into two separate rooms:

  • The Crystal Room can hold up to 100 people.
  • The Floral Room can hold up to 60 people.

The Crystal Room is equipped with a hardwood dance floor. Both rooms are equipped for bar service.

Important Notes

  • All food and beverages must be provided by Pica’s Restaurant.
  • All food and non-alcoholic beverage prices are subject to an 18% service charge and 6 % sales tax.
  • A nominal charge is made for meeting rooms or small groups requesting private dining rooms.
  • Guarantee for the number of guests attending is required no later than three days prior to the function.
  • We can change or add to fit your special taste.
  • Our Banquet Manager’s services are available to help plan your complete affair – (610) 789-7770 ext. 30.
  • Payment in full is due 10 days prior to the date of the function unless prior credit arrangements are made with Management.
  • Menu applies for minimum of 30 guests.
  • Floral room minimum guarantee is 30 guests, maximum of 60 guests. Crystal room minimum guarantee is 50, maximum 90. Rooms can be combined to form one larger room with a minimum guarantee of 90 guests.
